6. Aerodynamic drying line Lamier\Italy, automatic cycle, production capacity 250-300 kg per hour. Complete with heat generator. Open fire control system, material accumulation control system, hopper-doser.
7. Aerodynamic drying line, jointly manufactured with Lamier (Italy), capacity – 1,000 kg per hour of dry material, ignition control system, heat generator included, raw material for the heat generator – technological wood chips. Power consumption is 33 kW. Visualization of the drying process and control of the moisture content of the finished product and the drying temperature.
8. Low-temperature belt-type drying line manufactured by Lamier (Italy) and UIK Energia Impianti (Ukraine), complete with a heat generator on technological wood chips with a “moving grate” system. The drying temperature allows for obtaining a dry product without shock temperatures that do not change the color of the wood chips. 10. Büller hammer crusher (Italy), power 30 kW, equipped with a magnetic separator.
11. Briquetting machine. Hydraulic press for producing briquettes from sawdust and shredded agricultural waste. Productivity from 35 kg per hour. Minimal cost and maximum automation of the production cycle. Installed drive power 5.5 kW.
